Daniel Caesar, Sorn, Lee Hi and more added to Indonesia’s We The Fest

Indonesia’s We The Fest has revealed its second phase line-up for its 2023 event this July, led by the likes of Daniel Caesar, Sorn and Lee Hi.

The phase two line-up was announced over the weekend (May 7), and comes more than two months after the festival revealed its first line-up in February, led by The Strokes, The 1975, The Kid LAROI and Lewis Capaldi.

The phase two line-up features a handful of international and regional acts, as well as a slew of local performers including Hindia, Barasuara, Efek Rumah Kaca and Maliq & D’Essentials.

The phase 1 line-up for the Jakarta event also includes Giveon, NxWorries (the duo of Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge), Porter Robinson, Sabrina Carpenter and more. Indonesian acts on the line-up include Rafi Sudirman, Yura Yunita and Kunto Aji. See the full line-up below.

We The Fest will take place from July 21 to 23 this year at the GBK Sports Complex, Senayan in Jakarta. Tickets are now available via the We The Fest website.

The 2022 edition of We The Fest saw Beabadoobee, Jeremy Zucker, Oh Wonder, Pink Sweats, R3HAB, Swae Lee, Offset, Jackson Wang and CL performing alongside local acts including Pamungkas, Ardhito Pramono, Danilla, Dewa 19 (with Ello), Tulus and more. Held at the GBK Sports Complex in Senayan, Jakarta from September 23 to 25, last year’s edition of the festival was also the first to be held since 2019 following the lifting of coronavirus public health measures early last year.

In a three-star review of the event, NME praised performances from Lyodra, producer trio Laleilmanino, Teddy Adhitya and Rendy Pandugo.
