Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officers went to the warehouse last week to euthanize 30 illegal pythons. On the video, you can hear a penetrating nail gun used to kill pythons with a shot to the head. Cellphone video shows shock on the officers’ faces as they realize they shot the boa — a pregnant boa that was owned legally by the owner was not to be harmed. Dashboard video captured a hit-and-run driver plow into a New Jersey police officer who was helping a vehicle that became disabled on the highway. With red and blue emergency lights on, Patrolman Boyle and the driver discuss pushing the disabled vehicle into a nearby parking lot, when suddenly a Volkswagen Passat plows into the officer. Authorities say the driver of the vehicle, identified as 52-year-old Rachel Glatt, did not stop and was later arrested at her home in nearby East Windsor, New Jersey. Posted by Persist |

Dillon Reeves is being hailed a hero for bringing his school bus to a safe stop after the driver lost consciousness. Reeves, a student at Lois E. Carter Middle School in Warren, Mich., was riding home from school on the bus Wednesday afternoon when he noticed the bus begin to veer into oncoming traffic.
