K-pop festival HallyuPopFest Singapore 2023 has been “postponed indefinitely”, its organiser has announced.

Today (September 25), AEG Presents Asia announced that HallyuPopFest Singapore 2023 has been “postponed indefinitely”. The organiser did not state a reason for the postponement.
It also announced that a “full refund” for purchased tickets will be made through “the original mode of payment”, adding that it could take up to “30 business days for refunds to be processed”. The organiser also said that for refund enquiries, those who purchased tickets should contract Ticketmaster SG.
“We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this has caused to both our devoted fans and the dedicated artists who were eagerly looking forward to this event and seek your kind understanding,” AEG Presents Asia added.

HallyuPopFest Singapore 2023 was first announced on August 28 through a promotional video that unveiled the full line-up for theone-day event in Singapore. It was originally set to be held on November 12 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
The concert would have been headlined by Big Bang‘s Taeyang. Other artists that were announced for the event were SF9, Kwon Eun-bi, Kep1er and DKZ.

HallyuPopFest first debuted in 2018 with a three-day event in Singapore, before returning to the city-state the following year. The festival has since expanded beyond Asia, and held its first UK and Australian events in London and Sydney in 2022.
HallyuPopFest was also set to head to Macau in 2023, though that event has also since been cancelled.
In other concert news, ON Music Festival in Manila has unveiled the full lineup for its upcoming November event, which includes a mix of South Korean and local artists. They include EXO’s Suho, Seori, Ben&Ben and more.
