A father is behind bars after investigators say he killed his teenage son with a power tool in Lake Wales. 37-year-old Stephen Thomas Rodda was arrested and charged on Monday for killing his 16-year-old son Stephen Lee Rodda with an angle grinder, a handheld power tool used for grinding (abrasive cutting) and polishing.
