In San Diego, a bike thief made an unexpected friend before stealing an electric bike worth $1,300.
The thief entered a garage and took the distinct black Electra bike, but just as he was about to escape, the owner’s Golden Retriever came out and greeted him warmly, even getting belly rubs.
