A video posted on social media shows a staff member filming herself picking a child up by the arm and slamming her to the floor at the Oxon Hill Learning Center. In another clip you can see what’s believed to be the same employee kicking out a chair from underneath a second child. Ledarra White spoke with 7News and said she rushed to pick up her 3-year-old son from the daycare Friday night. “I was asleep. It was my day off and I woke up to a lot of messages just sending me videos saying, ‘isn’t this your son’s school Isn’t this your son’s school ’” White said. “It is disgusting. I have a heart for kids, I love kids, and to wake up to that, I mean, I personally saw the video and I knew the kids. I knew exactly who the kid was, so it hurt me even more,” White continued. The center announced that the video was taken inside their facility, saying they contacted the Prince George’s County Police Department and child protective services.. Posted by PSmooth
