Borders are open, live music is back and the K-pop touring cycle is in full swing. Stars including BTS’ Suga, BLACKPINK, and NCT Dream are touring the world with new tunes in tow – and hitting Asia very soon.

While some of those artists are staging their own headline shows, others are on the line-ups of music festivals with both multi-genre and Hallyu-only line-ups. The announcements have been coming thick and fast of late so NME‘s decided to help with a handy list of K-pop concerts and music festivals in Asia for 2023.

The Agust D Tour – Bangkok, Singapore, Seoul, Japan

Suga, who also goes by his other stage name Agust D, will be the first BTS member to embark on a world tour solo, starting with its US leg in late April through to late May. The rapper will then be taking his show over to Asia with six shows across Bangkok, Singapore and Seoul. According to the original tour announcement, Suga will also be visiting Japan as part of the Agust D tour, however stops, venues and dates have yet to be updated at the time of writing.

Over two years after their debut, SM Entertainment’s aespa are finally set to headline their first-ever concerts, which will take place in Seoul, South Korea this February. International fans will also be able to virtually attend the second day of four-piece’s milestone concert via livestream.

Ahead of his debut studio album ‘Circle’, SHINee vocalist Onew will be holding his first-ever solo concert across three nights in Seoul. Fans can expect the veteran idol to perform hits like ‘Dice’, ‘Way’ and perhaps some new tracks from his upcoming record!

Veteran K-pop soloist BoA will be commemorating the 20th anniversary of her debut with a headline concert this March, taking place in Seoul, South Korea. The NCT subunit previously announced their second Southeast Asia tour date with three-night concert in Bangkok, Thailand, before going on to announce more Asia tour stops in Singapore, Macau and Kuala Lumpur in May. Ticketing details for all shows have yet to be announced at the time of writing.

The ‘Maniac’ tour extends to Asia after the triumphant release of Stray Kids’s latest EP album ‘Maxident’. Stopping by Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Manila, and returning to Japan for “encore” stages, the JYP Entertainment boyband will also likely include hits from ‘Oddinary’ and ‘Maxident’ on their setlist.
