A massive 13-foot alligator was “humanely killed” after it was discovered next to a deceased adult in Florida Sept. 22. Jamarcus Bullard, who spotted the male gator & saw the animal holding human remains in its mouth. Police arrested a 78-year-old for killing his 80-year-old wife, whose dismembered remains were found in multiple suitcases and bags last month. Police reportedly found a second suitcase along the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway with a torso, as well as hands and small rocks. Houston police say they’ve identified the person whose skeletal human remains were discovered in a Houston-area backyard barbecue pit. A Houston worker allegedly found a full human skeleton in a space behind his client’s house on Peach Creek Drive. Houston police confirmed over the weekend that the remains belonged to Miranda Rodriguez, a 24-year-old woman who was first reported missing in August 2017, just before Hurricane Harvey flooded large swaths of Houston.
