This is the shocking moment black partygoers leapt for cover as a white neighbor sprayed them with a hose at a surprise birthday dinner hosted by a prominent New York City doctor for his sister.

The 19 revelers filed a lawsuit against Marcus Rosebrock this month alleging he used the tactic as a tool ‘reminiscent’ of 1960s Birmingham, Alabama – when white cops would use fire hoses to break up black civil rights activists.

The video, from Queens, New York City, was shot at around 9:50pm on a Sunday night in September 2022 and released on Wednesday by their attorneys.
