On the morning of Monday (8), a shocking video that shows the attack of a student on a classmate inside the Dom Jacson Damasceno Rodrigues Municipal School, in Manaus (AM), reverberated on social networks.

In the scenes, a group of students presents a science school paper, when, suddenly, one of the members releases the cardboard he was holding and walks towards the victim, takes a pen out of his pocket and begins to strike the blows with the object against it.

He attacks her on the face and neck and then on the shoulder and back. Quickly, other students in the 9? grade class of elementary school try to contain the 14-year-old. It is possible to hear the cries of despair of the gifts.

According to delegate Juliana Tuma, the motivation for the aggression is still investigated, but information collected with witnesses realises that the teenager would have been enraged after the victim laughed at him, who spoke a wrong word during the presentation of school work.

The aggressor was arrested by school employees, who called the police. He ended up apprehended and referred to the DEEAI (Specialised Infringement Deed Acts) of Manaus, where he should be framed in an offence analogous to the crime of attempted murder.

The typification of the offence still depends on the analysis of the Amazonas Civil Police team on the extent of the aggressions to the victim. The adolescent will be referred to the Infraction Court for the application of socio-educational measures. Posted By Ghost
