“My Job Is On The Line” Police Chase A Man High On Meth Doing A 100km/h On An Electric Scooter!

Police chased James Cole as he rode onto a bike path off the highway going 100km/h. Cole later lost control of the e-scooter and was finally stopped by the officers.
