The 12-second clip, taken from a high vantage point, shows the helicopter flying over a road junction, while releasing the flares. Russian President Vladimir Putin is addressing the nation Saturday, after mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin called for armed rebellion and reached a key Russian city with his troops.
