Verified footage filmed before the strike showed a truck packed with people in the convoy. More footage from the aftermath of the strike shows people running towards a truck where several bodies including of women and children could be seen. The airstrike, which Hamas has blamed on Israel, occurred on Friday afternoon on Salah-al-Din Road, a supposedly safe route that Palestinians are using to flee northern Gaza. Inquisitor Ghost (@Inquisitore3 on TikTok), whose real name is Vincent Plicchi, was an Italian Call of Duty cosplayer on social media. He amassed over 100,000 followers on the video-sharing app and frequently uploaded content of himself dressed as the video game character Simon “Ghost” Riley. His account is now banned from the platform. On October 9, Inquisitor went on TikTok live. The people who joined in the middle of the livestream only saw a dark, empty room at night. “Newly-released bodycam footage shows a Seattle police officer audibly laughing and joking on a phone call the day after an incident where a fellow officer had hit and killed a pedestrian with their patrol car.
The officer on the call is identified as Seattle Police Officers? Guild Vice President Daniel Auderer. In it, Auderer can be heard talking about the incident where 23-year-old exchange student Jaahnavi Kandula was hit by Officer Kevin Dave. Shortly after saying ?she?s dead,? Auderer laughs and says ?it?s a regular person,? referring to Kandula. He then says ?just write a check — $11,000, she was 26 anyway, she had limited value.? Auderer also mentions that Dave was ?going 50 [miles an hour],? stating how ?that?s not out of control? for a trained driver. A report released in June revealed that Dave was actually traveling at 74 miles an hour in a 25 mile an hour zone while responding to a different call. Auderer had responded to the scene on the night of Jan. 23 to conduct a drug recognition test on Dave. According to the timestamp on the bodycam video, Auderer?s phone call about the incident took place the following evening. According to a post from SPD, the video of Auderer?s call ?was identified in the routine course of business by a department employee,? and was escalated to Chief Adrian Diaz. It was then referred to the Office of Police Accountability for a full investigation. A Texas jury sentenced a woman to death Wednesday for killing a pregnant woman she knew to take her unborn daughter.
Jurors returned with the sentence for Taylor Parker, 29, after deliberating for just over an hour, the Texarkana Gazette reported.
