A woman was seen holding up traffic in a Rhode Island city on Monday after jumping on top of a UPS delivery truck. Video shows the woman trying to hit her boyfriend with the windshield wiper blade of the truck. The Providence Police Department responded to the incident and identified the woman as Amber Bois.
