William Albrecht admits he was speeding but it was because he was headed to a veterinarian’s office after the family dog was hit by a car. Albrecht pleaded with the cop to let him get help for his injured dog. His 16-year-old son was also forced to kneel down and was handcuffed. The Frisco, Texas, police chief issued an apology on Friday after a family from Little Rock, Arkansas, who were headed to a basketball tournament in Grapevine, was mistakenly pulled over in a ?high-risk stop,? after a Frisco officer ran the car?s plates as being from Arizona, instead of Arkansas, leading police to believe it was stolen.
