Asake has spoken candidly about the length of time it took to make his latest album, “Mr. Money With The Vibe.” On September 8, 2022, Asake released his debut studio album, “Mr. Money With The Vibe,” via YBNL/EMPIRE in an effort to carry on his illustrious run. As previously reported, the Grammy-winning Nigerian superstar Burna Boy and American rapper Russ both make cameo appearances on the album. When asked how long it took him to record his debut album popular media personality Ehiz Dadaboy, Asake stated that there was no set period of time during which the project had to be completed. The singer claims that the process of recording music depends on his mood because he can go months without creating any music and, when in the right frame of mind, can record up to seven songs in a single day. He continued by saying that the assistance of the legendary rapper and his label’s owner, Olamide, made the making of his debut album a breeze.
