Bodycam footage shows the deadly aftermath of former Las Vegas Raiders football player Henry Ruggs? high-speed DUI crash in November 2021. The disgraced wide receiver was filmed partying just hours before driving over 150 mph and rear-ending 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog. Ruggs pleaded guilty to felony DUI resulting in death and a misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter.
