Jackson Wang World Tour Sells Out Bangkok Show

Jackson Wang’s tour Magic Man World tour is finally on the road. Having already performed at a stadium capacity concert in Bangkok (Thailand), he adjourns to Kuala Lumpur’s Axiata Arena this December. This K-pop star recently performed for three days in a row at the Land of Smile’s Impact Arena in Bangkok (25, 26 and 27 November).

Following Malaysia, here’s where he will be performing next:

Dubai (Feb 4)

The tour is held as part of Wang’s latest album release under the same name. Review by editor Nina Golan at Music Press Asia quoted: “This artist has made a sensational comeback not by wit alone. He is energetic and wayward in character, representing our society’s unruly sector of our youth.”

Magic Man is Wang’s sophomore music album which soared to the Top 15 on Billboard 200 and bagged a position in the Top 13 on Billboard Artist 100 in 2022. The highly successful 10-track album comprises hits such as the newly rolled-out “Blue” as well as previously released “Blow” and “Cruel.”

“Magic Man is the ultimate form of oneself, having gone through different peaks and valleys of life to arrive at the most authentic version. Everyone is able to become their own form of Magic Man. It’s not a mystery, everything is just magic,” said Wang.

The high-voltage album has heavy ‘70s rock influence and explores the realms of toxic love and self-discovery. Wang is also the producer of this album, along with Daryl K and Henry Cheung.

Alongside his sweet voice, the song ‘Blow’ which saw over 30 million views are not only theatrical but filled with electrifyingly powerful dance moves. The music video is some of today’s trendiest videos to watch on YouTube.
